Found this photo I took in Frankfurt in 2012 -- anyone ever seen a frame like this? (And doesn't it look a bit . . . vulnerable where the frame members cross over?)

It's a twin spar. Hmm, interesting...... if its stiff enough across the two spars to resist twisting it could work quite well. Won't be as string as a diamond but should be strong enough.
