ok. friend started a nursing course. based at a hospital but run by a university. friend was getting really upset because she/he couldnt log into email system and it was vitally important that they do it that evening.

the uni has 24 hour it support so my friend calls the it department.

"i am typing in my email and password but it keeps saying it is not recognised"

"ok, dont panic, we will sort it"

anyway, a few moments pass and afew questions are answered untill the penny drops in the it department that my friend was trying to access the uni email system from their hotmail log in!

i felt really sorry for them!
