Also, although this video is 'doing the rounds' the intention may have just been to make sure this was taken seriously by the authorities and something was done. I some what doubt they were considering the number of 'hits' as it were, at the time. I agree, however, that it must be a very difficult line to walk - I am certain I wouldn't want to walk it daily as war reporters must have to (for example).
