I'm out tonight for the 1 time in well over a six weeks

Pumped full of Steroids now courtesy of the NHS and feel great

Just need to know how long I can last or is it more a case of burn bright and brief and then spent.

Went up to what is usually one of the muddiest sections around here and it's drying up quite nicely. But anything can happen before Sunday.................

Had to pedal on some of the downhills though. Windy.

It's supposed to be staying dry, so.... we'll all get soaked and covered in mud.

Excited, yet thoughtful today.

Stopped to reflect on my first HONC ride in 2014 with Dylan. It was a splendid day, and weekend, with a good mate.

Sometimes, we take life for granted. Reminders are never far away, of how fragile it really is.

I will be wearing something orange for the ride at the weekend ( his favourite colour )
