Help with this Rock Shox please

Two bushings on each side, one at the top (you can feel with fingers) the other one almost at the bottom, they are pressed or fix mounted into the casting, hard to see and to me almost impossible to be removed or replaced.

Yes, yes.
I looked inside the bottom legs and in fact there are 2 metal bushing where you said.
I'm gonna try source a new stanchion as well, although a first look online doesn't bring up anything.

I'm sure here in the forum there would be the best place to get ones.

I'll also check storage in my bike cave, I have dismantled a few ones where mostly just one side was damaged, but don't want to promise anything upfront.

Thanks, I would really appreciate it! 👍
Let me know please.
I ask on the forum as well.

Yes, as mentioned before.

I can't recall if it's from the rs service practice on these forks or if it's more modern forks, but I've always put 5mls of fluid in the bottom of each leg to help lube it all, it's certainly part of a service for a reba/rev/Sid and fox service practice.

With the upper leg in the condition it's in, I'm not sure I'd go through the effort, if that's the condition of it on the outside, I would imagine the bushings in that leg will also have suffered with that sliding up and down through them.
Ok, I cleaned all the small bits today and yes, one of the bolts is hollow.
So I suppose this goes on the damper side.
Would there be any chance of the 5ml of oil in that leg leaking?

Update.
I measured the old oil seals with a caliper and they are exactly 10x22x7.
I bought new ones at £4.20 including postage from Bearing Kings.
The seals I received are identical to the original ones, so the guy selling them on Ebay is way too expensive at over £17 for 2.
Anyway, I fitted them and they are tight, to the point that for the bottom one, after I filled the cartridge with oil and expelled all air, i had to make a "press" using washers and the thread in the shaft.
All done and working perfectly.
I just Need to find a new stanchion.
I hope this helps someone.
