Frame identification please help.

I am trying to indentify or find any info about the frame shown below.
It looks to have been powder coated in the past and is shown with Macklam Leeds decals. Someone suggested that it may be a Pennine, any help is gratefully received.
The very long serial number start 59 and I reckon that was the year of manufacture, obviously with Nervex Pro lugs from that period. Someone has converted the rear dropout to hold a derailleur

Those are the earlier Nervex Pro lugs. More likely to be early 50s with those. The later ones had a sort of fan tail in the centre of the head lugs instead of the two horns. Really nice looking frame.

That looks like the cast lug code to me: 59 and 64 degrees being the lug angles of rear and main triangles?

Hamster, you are right, it is the lug code and not the serial number.
I have looked and found a number on the rear drop out, it looks like 1527 or 1627.

A few more photos, the frame has been shot blasted to remove the powder coat, there are signs of two sets of pump mounts; first under the top tube and second towards the rear nearside of the seat tube. The gear hanger has been removed and after some dent filling primer will be applied.




The seat cluster and the rear brake bridge must be a clue to who made the frame.




The BB shell also has an oil filler port, all suggests a 1950's path racer. Interestingly another post is concerning another track frame with Nervex pro lugs and the same fork crown; he is also having problems with an answer. Thread viewtopic.php?f=12&t=347830
