Most of the time it's not what a dog will do.. it's what someone thinks a dog will do

Even on-lead, if your dog even frightens someone in the street you can be prosecuted under the DDA (Section3 iirc) and your dog seized and destroyed..

In the UK, at least. . .

Well.. on lead it would have to be kinda in their face and they would have to be in real fear of being bitten..

Off lead it could just be a case of running up to them.

The DDA is a pile of crap and so unfair..

People think it only applies to pitbull types but that's just 1 part of it...
