Think I liked best about Hendrix was his smooth singing voice. Too much twiddliness in much of his guitaring for my taste.

The worst thing about Hendrix was Noel Reddings bass playing I reckon.

For me Jimi was pure, uncontrived expression at best, but he sometimes got a bit lost up his own arse.

I also found out that Ringo Starr was in a band before he narrated the early Thomas The Tank Engine series.

I now have shelved him in the over rated and tedious group, along with the likes of, the Doors,U2,Pink Floyd,etc...

Hendrix i dont mind but think that Clapton was far better and still is
