Erm....ah....OK..... (GT LTS1 content)

Re:

Sorry to disappoint lads, but this won't be a keeper. Forks are corroded on lowers, stantions marked, steerer horrendously gouged, top clamp has been thoroughly bashed, as has stem on top, some eejit trying to get clamp on I suppose....

As for frame, it is a 16", but the shock is in a cosmetic state, I can't get my hand in to wind the spring in and out, neither adjuster knob turns without the aid of pliers, and the allen key crank bolt won't come out on the drive side! (Trust me, I've tried, but the whole point of having today off was to rest a sore back, so I didn't over do it  )

Will be moving it on or swapping it out for a hard tail frame, I've garnered some spares for the collection so it's not the end of the world by any means, always a gamble with something like this until you can get the thing dismantled, sometimes it's a bargain, sometimes it's not quite so much

Not for me this time that's for sure, was hoping to get something up and running quickly.

Re:

Ha, I'm not too disappointed, older full sus is always a risk and bound to need work.

Can you PM me some pics of the Zaskar, and exact measurements? Really 16" is too big for me but I've some nice rigid forks and tasty bits so.....

Re:

Will do in a bit.
They come up quite small for a 16.

Some nice P-bones would look a treat on it, if you can find a set :O

Re:

Got a 14" Azonic DS2 in the garage, proper small. Currently single speed as I can't find the mech hanger but new ones are cheap on CRC with chaintugs etc....

Might be more your size....

I have a spare Super Deluxe shock in good working order if you'd like it? The top adjuster knob is missing but you could harvest yours.

Re the crank, why not unbolt the rings to move them out the way and cut the bb axel then remove the bb?

I also have a fair few bushing sets. If you wanted you could send it to me and I could get those jobs done.

It'll still need new forks but you could pick up a nice fork for not too much and some cranks (you need new rings anyway).

We can make this live on for you for not too much work or money.

Tim :)

Re:

Thanks Niall, oh b*gger yeah, forgot the P Bones came from you, lol!

Will bear that in mind Fraser, do you think it will fit though??

Thanks Craig, will bear that in mind too, I like them a lot, and I could do with a single speed....

I hear you Mini, and thanks, but you know what it's like when you've made up your mind about something....I fell out of love with it this afternoon. About 3.43pm to be precise

Shame, they ride beautifully and a better lighter fork would have made it even better.

If the issues weren't mentioned you may be able to ask the seller for some/ all your money back?

I think they were all a standard size - hence the different position of the top/forward link pivot in relation to the top tube on the different sized frames.
