Seems to be a size 16?

Looks a bit small-ish as a bare frame but it's really hard to tell from picture. Description state top tube has 575mm which is 22.6 inch and c-t 48mm equals 19 inch. Seems to be an 18" frame by dimensions.

maybe so seller says 48cm c-t which is 18.89"

decals maybe authentic but the seat stay decals are from 94 and the downtube and top tube declas are from 95. Judging by the chisel point dropouts and seat tube cable guide I'm guessing it's actually a 94 frame
