Lovey morning ride.
Still messing with saddles… and I’ve swapped the wheels. Thought I’d give them a go before selling them (or maybe keeping them - as you do).
that saddle looks funny to say the least...

interesting choice of wheels. aren't they too stiff for that kind of bike? I mean for a rigid mtb a little flex here and there is good, isn't it? those mavics look like hell of a lot if rigidity built in.
anyhow, today's ride is (almost) the same as the one of yesterday but in the other direction this time.

I am not a big fan of organisations of the various religions, but their old buildings are always cool to see and explore. I always find it 'funny' (let alone strange) that many people put countless work and money to build these and then let them to perish. I absolutely can't understand it. this one is somehow special to me because this is a spot I 'explored' nearby when we moved here 15 years ago and I saw it dying since then.
it was built around 1796 if I am not mistaken. I manged to find two other old pics of the chapel on the 'web', sadly it was on its way to deterioration at that time (around 1970 I assume) already.

another pic from many years ago, when the walls were partially standing.
