it is indeed it says Dave Woodhead i assumed it was the owners name added at a later date, never gave it a second thought untill you just mentioned it. i guess i was just wraped up in the name Dave Lloyd, any team riders named dave out there ?

seems his wife is still at the same adress and in her 60s so hazzard a guess if its the same person he would have been in his late 30s early 40s at the time of the bike build
