I'd be over the moon if you dated my ex-wife. A man who is good with his hands

expanding your social circles is certainly all well and good, and in the long run may pay off.

dating sites however have dozens/hundreds/thousands of girls looking for a nice guy.
You do need to sort the wheat from the chaff - there are of course a few crack pots, but thats the same as the girls youll meet in the supermarket/pubs etc.
Theres also loads of bogus profiles. Probably more on the cheaper/free sites.

Dating sites are a great way of meeting people whom are looking for the same thing as you, an eventual commited relationship. It also cuts out weeks or months of flirting with that bird down the pub - and therefore saves time. :)
Win-win!

i say do both - get out and meet people, but check of who's been winking at you when you get home!

usually involving free dating sites like PlentyOfFish.
Don't know about your neck of the woods, but over here it's called Plenty of Fatties, or Kettle of Carp. My riding buddy's boss has some jaw dropping stories from using that site.
The owners of the site must have heard about its reputation -- the homepage is now loaded with words like "chemistry", "relationship" and "soulmate". :)

I was on Plentyoffish.com for 2 years before I found my future wife on there, so it can work, be patient.
Met my share of terrors and one-night women before finally finding my soulmate and falling head over heels.
Stick with it, I say. And don't forget to have a little fun along the way.

Morrisons  mmmmmm!

.

 they will use that in a future ad campaign

Stop looking and they will be found, what a load of crap, I have also ''stopped looking'' but hoping instead for five years, nothing !

I have a fair few female friends via websites, but nothing else, but then I know I have a problem in that direction, I am unable to read the nuances of body language, tone of speech and am lost on wit and sarcasm. Not my fault, just a problem I have always had only recognised and diagnosed last year, I have mild Aspergers syndrome. Mild because by my age mid forties, I have learned many coping strategies throughout life.

For me, a woman has got to be pretty blatant for me to get the message, either that or a dominatrix.
