Rotor NS24 46/30 road chainset compatibility question

I am thinking of getting the non GRX Road version (46/30) which is supposed to be Shimano compatible and doesn’t require a Shimano GRX front derailleur….Anyone on here used Rotor cranks? Are they reliable? Any problems? Any issues changing gear? Would I be safer getting a Shimano GRX chainset and buy a matching front derailleur….crank arms will be 165mm and it is a 10 speed bike.

Any relevant comments would be appreciated.
