Cleaning / Preserving the INSIDE of a steel frame

Hi, starting to go through this Axis Pro frame, amazed how LITTLE ruse is inside. Seat tube (no pic, sorry) is nearly spotless. Bottom bracket has a bit. Head tube is mostly rust free, just some grease. Clearly this bike was taken care of and stored indoors. What I should be doing to remove what rust there is and treat / preserve the innards. Thanks!

EDIT: the BB cartridge cleaned up nicely and the bearings feel great.

Once I've given the open accessible areas a good tinfoiling on an old coat hanger in a drill, blow out frame with airline, tip in bottle of "crust" or other proprietary rust killer ( having plugged all but entry hole), tip it about for 10 mins, empty out through button bracket, leave to dry for 2 days, spray inside through any holes with ACF50 and straw, give good soak, leave for another couple of days for excess to run out bottom bracket ( stand it in an old baking tray).

Its the same method we used with classic motorcycles. Sees to work a treat at killing any rust and protecting for the future as best you can.

Same process as above apart from I used cheap engine oil. I blocked up all the holes apart from the seat tube and poured some in. Stuck a rag in to seal it and spun the frame back and forth to coat as much of the innards as I could.

Now I squirt WD40 in instead as it doesn't take as long to 'dry up' and stop seeping out but it seems to have been effective.

Tinfoiling with and old coat hanger and drill? Outstanding! Precisely the kind of hack I'm looking for. Just dry foil, nothing on it?

Not familiar with "crust" per se as I'm here in the states but there are lots of rust killer products, just starting to do some research, found this: https://youtu.be/6-MC_ZEXQbw

However, isn't it intended for exterior surfaces or does it work as well for interior bits, too?

Really like this too, I have engine oil and WD40 around here already. Hmmm...
