Some of you might have noticed I've been moved by the situation in Haiti. I've a few things to build, but don't have all the bits to do a build for everything and want to send some money right away. So this is the first of my sales with proceeds after my delivery expenses going to the Disasters Emergency Committee Haiti appeal.
Today, a 1952ish Philips ladies frame. 531 throughout, and professionally refinished in a lovely green colour. Spacing and dropouts would make it an ideal fixed gear candidate, or you could fit a hub gear; it would originally have had a Sturmey FM although an AW would fit and could be supplied with it.
Who'll give £70 for this great, interesting frame? Make an offer if you want, but remember it is for charity.
