Cat or dog ?

As far as I know of, my dog has never wandered into someone else's garden, scratted around in the flower beds and dumped all over the place. He does his business when he's out walking with me, which means I can pick it up and dispose of it properly, rather than leaving it lying around on someone else's property.

I've often contemplated finding out who owns the cats which do their business in my garden, and popping around there with my dog to let him curl one out on their property, just to see how they like it. I'm not sure it would be entirely acceptable though, even though it's exactly the same thing.

Speaking of lookalikes...

Cats that look like Hitler.... And Orang Utans that look like Boris... What is the World coming to!

not all dogs stink and bite people.

i am team dog. you cant take a cat for a walk and you look like a wierdo just going for a walk by yourself.

You can take cats for a walk, many years ago we had 3 cats that would go for a walk with us around the local footpaths.

Strangely, whilst walking alone may seem weird to some, more people found it weird seeing us walking up the path with 3 cats running backwards and forwards and laying in ambush for us to catch up.

Most of the dog owners around here spend all their time walking around on their own shouting at the top of their voices in the vain hope that the stupid creature might deign to return to them. You think walking around on your own is weird, it's a damn sight more civilised than these morons that disturb our peace shouting random names out for hours on end :)

Our next pet will probably be a dog although I really miss not having a cat around anymore.

Dogs for me, all day long, as long as it's a propper size one. Will be giving a dog a home once I move house.

Never really liked cats but since our lass moved in and brought her's with her I've become quite attached to him. He's certainly got bags of personality. Still prefer dogs though.

You can walk cats, it loverly...

What weird is going for a walk/run/ride and have a dog that is out for a walk with its owner come run up and want to jump all over you (especially when you are quite scared of the dogs you actually know, let along someonhe elses you don't) no matter "how friendly/won't bite"they are.

Not our cat, or any of the cat that people I know of dump in other peoples yard, its all in kitty litter. Dogs on the other hand, have quite often crapped in out yard. There nothing quite so enjoyable than stepping in dog shit is there?
