Cassette tool for maillard hub help please

its a maillard cassette aswell,

that's a freewheel. Isn't that the same key as regina's?

where would i be able to buy a tool from ?
or how would i go about getting it to bits with chain whips? hold the top cogs and undo the smallest?

Thats not such a good price. I mite just look for a different wheel. Would the hub i have be able to run a fixed sprocket?

No!

Not without some customization with a torch!

Removing that freewheel will reveal a freewheel thread but no lockring thread. You'll be able to thread a single speed freewheel though. Don't forget the brakes.

I,m in the very same boat trying to locate the correct tool to remove mine. Yours is the very same freewheel as the one on my Carlton & the bike I,m restoring at the moment a Motobecane Mirage Any ideas who sells a tool apart from the guy on Amazon?

I got one of those removers from someone on here hold on...
