Campi brake models, 1970s to 1980s?

I just posted pics separately of the new-old Olmo I picked up http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=116122. I'm trying to identify the vintage of the brakes. I'm familiar with the early-'70s vintage Campi set, shown in the rusty example below from my just-acquired Medici. (I purchased that model new on my Raleigh Professional back in '71, after all.) I'm not familiar with the brakes on the Olmo, though. Note they have perforated levers and a different cable tension release on the calipers. Can somebody provide dates for the newer brakes? Thanks!
