Calling Konaheads - Help needed Kilauea Replacement Headset

So, you need a headset with a 33mm stack height.

If an XTR at 34.3 will 'just' do the job would it work if I had the headtube faces dressed to shave 1.3 mm off and stick a Stronglight X-15 on it; I can get those readily, but not cheaply, from SJS?

I reckon you should be able to find one of those Shimano headsets without too much hassle.

Like i say, a wanted ad on here usually turns up something and there's always eBay (.de or .com are usually better than .co.uk)
