Given the price of cables in most outlets is silly I have Transfil stainless steel gear and brake wires for sale. I have plenty.

MTB brake (1.6mm) wires are £1.60 each and the gear (1.2mm) are £1.50 each.
Outers -@ £1.20/metre and gear @ £1.30/metre. Black/grey
Road brake cables (1.6mm) are also avaialble for £1.60 each.

Postage will £2 if outers are ordered (large jiffy bag) + £0.77 is you want it sent recorded.
For cables or ferrules that fit in a small jiffy bag the postage will be £1 + £0.77 for recroded delivery.


They come in boxed like in the picure .

I have alot of 5mm metal ferrules and 4mm plastic ferrules and end caps in various colours.

Stainless Steel 5 mm ferrules £0.15 each, 4 mm plastic ferrules £0.15 each and end caps £5p each (silver, gold, red, black or green).

I also keep a stock of Jagwire alloy 5mm, 4.5mm and 4mm ferrules in gold red or silver.

Those are good prices! Can you get white outer brake/gear cables?

Also how do I know what size ferule I need? I have never seen them with different sizes before, I normally just buy the clarks universal brake cables and these have been fine .

5mm for brake outer works and 4mm for gear outer also works. Yes I can get white outers. They would be Jagwire outers @£2.50 a metre bu I have none in stock so I will have to order which is not a problem at all.

Ferrules are 15p each. End caps are 5p each.

Cool, I have a bike with a 56cm frame - would two meters of cable for outers and inners be enough for front and rear brakes? If I put an order in how would you like to be paid? Is paypal OK?
