Button

Front leg missing, hobbles a bit but has good balance, he is a bit slower now at 15, but a few years back he was still catching birds and mice, he can't be arsed now though, in the summer when his food bowl is outside he lets the blackbirds steal from it while he is right next to them.

At last!

After over 6 weeks of heartache, worry and regular visits to the vets, 3 operations and two and a half weeks in a cage, Button has today been discharged!
He's going to have a hell of a scar, but he's back to his normal self, currently playing with his toys on the rug in front of me.

Can't really put into words how I feel, but I've got a huge smile on my face.

Thanks everyone for your best wishes!!

Must be delighted to have moggy back.

One of our dogs went through a long stay at the clinic a couple of years back, it was a traumatic time but all worked out well.

Is the cat named after the F1 driver?

:)

Was a sad read at the start but a happy ending :D

I'm a cat owner and know how it must feel to have one of the family so to speak fall ill or get injured.

Here's to a full recovery and more years to come.

I reckon I've been following this thread with more interest than most of the build threads I've subscribed to!!

Glad to hear that Button is ok. Don't own a cat myself, but dread to think what I'd be like if anything happened to this little fella:
