Wanted Brake Therapy Disc adapter

Hello, I'm looking to convert another 90s Kona to rear disc and am after a Brake Therapy kit (or similar). Like the idea of being able to brace against the canti/vee boss rather than using the ebay/amazon alternatives.

So, anyone got a brake therapy kit they'd consider parting with? Preferably UK and willing to post.
