Here’s the poll for 2018 Bike of the Year. A great bunch of worthy winners from last year and 5 of the contenders also featured in the 2017 BotY lineup! In a week’s time the winner will be crowned.

Thanks again to Chris for getting all the information and images organised :)

8) wow, all great, going to be so hard. Can we try them out before we vote? :)

Re:

Some amazing bikes but its hard to look past the first one. Just a work of art and I bet it rides as good as it looks 8) 8)

Its a shame there are rarely any proper owner comparison reviews of these incredible bikes. It almost seems to be frowned upon on RB. Bikes can be made from the most expensive exotic materials or intricacy but do they ride any better than a Cannondale or Trek of the same era for example ?

same entrants in may and june

Ooops... My bad. Apologies to rrrroberts's and his gorgeous fluorescent 1990 Serotta T-Max.
Crap cut & pasting by me.

Great lot of bikes! My $40 Stumpjumper looks a bit outta place (well $40 stumpy with $100 tires )

The Serotta is my fav for what is is, who made it, and the craftsmanship. It’s a nice touring mtb bike .... cool bit of history. The Gecko is one of the best riders I’ve got. Rides a lot like that newer serotta!
