After our August bonded special, September and October see a return to standard months. See the BotM timetable for the next 6 months here

Useful for the poll if you can structure your nomination as follows:

username's Year Manufacturer Model , e.g. John's 1990 Kona Lavadome
Image(s) MAXIMUM OF 2
Finally please include a link to your machine in the relevant Reader's Bikes section. If you don't have an existing post now is the time to add one with as much detail as you like!
Link to all the rules http://www.retrobike.co.uk/wiki/BoTM_Rules

Nominations thread will run for the entire month. Entries submitted after September 30th will not be counted. The poll will go up shortly after the nominations close and will run for a week.

Not a bad opener Matthias ;)

OK here goes..
Yakboy's 1992 Scott Super Evolution , original paint with as many period Scott parts as I could muster. 48683210011_5b027ae680_o.jpg 48682796748_302e204a2c_o.jpg

Love that fork @yakboy. How does it ride?

Really nice. Off to check out the build thread. I'd love a little first year Zaskar, with the full Triple Trak Plus package

Better than you would expect and I haven't had to change the elastomers, they are still bouncing well
I had a Scott Unishock back in the day.
I always like that it didn't have a crown fork.
Although, mine was an aftermaket with I think springs, not elastomers.
Kinda rode like a pogo stick...
