That been on there for a year now. Had a few chats with the seller. Its not in the best of order sadly.

Wasn't there a newer swallow thread?

Out of curiosity - what were the issues?

The enay merlin..

The paint is pretty poor, and its not been apart for some time, so no idea if the bb / uniglide will come out.

Tbh, he has dropped the price after we had a fairly frank discussion.

I think its now not bad money, but i wouldn't expect a cheap fix!

Plus its a big frame, so im sure thats not helped sell it. They seem to have odd geometry (mines the same) tall, but with very short top tubes (even for that era) much like a pathfinder

But if your in for a project! It would ne an interesting one for sure...and a quality frame.

I did post that ebay one up on the Ebay watch list on here last year.....but it was more money then.

I would buy it, but then my 26" journey is kinda coming to an end rather due to my back etc.

It's listed as 19", is that likely to be big enough for us grown up size people? I had figured I would end up with anther very long seatpost to get that to fit.

It looks quite large
With the long head tube and riding stance looks quite comfy for a tall man

This would be great out in the Orient or Africa on an overland tour
