What was the year of issue and is it rare, how many was produced ?
What is sl 201 25 cr-mo means ? What was the initial price ?

SL is Columbus Strada Leggera tubing. I assume the 201 is just a designation specifically for the tubes Battaglin got from them. Main traingle should be butted 0.6/0.9.

The easiest way to narrow down the year will be the groupset. I'm not good at road stuff, but if that's 2nd generation New Success then I think that suggests 1989-1992.
