Barnett Specialite - anyone got one?

I’d be interested in know8ng whether anyone out there owns a Barnett bike, built in Coventry. More specifically 93 Evenlode Cresent in Coundon. The builder was my grandfather, Sam, who had a bike shop and workshop. My mum still has hers which I discovered in an old shed last week. Would make a good resto for my sister I reckon

Never heard of the name , would love to see some pictures of your mum's old one .

Will ask my parents as they were both Coventry / Nuneaton people till the early 60's if they remember the shop .

I have a Pollard Specialite that was made just up the road in Bedworth
