Bargain-surplus-bike-bits forks

I know the group seems to rate the frames fairly highly, but what do we think of the forks?
The new, Jimmy Saville gold M Trax needs a pair of 1 1/8 ones.
Do they have clearances for wideish tyres? I'm thinking of 26 x 2.25 Tioga factory DH as they're on a set of wheels in my parts bin.

Of course, if any of you have a set of suitable forks you're willing to part with, I'd be delighted to hear from you. Any condition, as long as they're straight and cheap.

I got a set of the unpainted ahead forks a while ago. They are of a similar build quality to the frames and not too heavy, unlike a set of gas-pipe nasty ones I got from a private listing before those.
I haven't got round to painting them up yet, but I'd have no problem using them on one of my bikes.
In terms of clearances, you should be fine with a 2.25 tyres, but I'll measure the distance between the fork legs next time I'm in the loft.
You can have my old nasty lead weight ones for the price of postage if you want.
PM me if you're interested.
