One thing to check is that the later Orbit Romany had an offset rear triangle to allow a super strong zero-dish rear wheel; another classy touch. I'm not sure when they introduced it.

This one has a standard symmetrical rear, agree with you on the asymmetric triangle as a quality touch though.

Here is the bike following my stripdown, clean and rebuild.

New tape and hoods are on, along with cables and some new guards after a very deep clean. Saddle needed shifting when I took the pictures but now the owner has been out and is very happy with it!
