I'm pretty sure it will be an issue it you "try" to profit if anyone reports you to a disgruntled owner. But as most of the articles are from now defunct or bought companies I really don't think they'll care. They would also eed to prove loss/damages has occured as a result.
Most of the brochures and advertising were free to distrbute, magazine articles might be problematic but you could ask them in a casual manner.
