A little help from Dutch speakers

I'm after an oooooold Cateye computer model, the CC 8000.

Found one in a shop in France but it was sold only yesterday - the thing is about 15 years old!

Found this which I can't understand - is it an auction? Is it second-hand?Can you buy it for €5? If so, I will buy it, could anyone help me out with translating?

Hi, the computer is for sale babelfish.altavista.com tranlates it as Buy Cat eye cc-8000 bicycle computer with empty battery. Computer has been, however, used. Have also still a new copy lie. See other advertisements also my for bicycle components. I'm not sure what the copy lie bit means though!
I recently came into possession of an old Orbit road bike from a distant relative of a mate, who being a priest, gave it to me for a small contribution to charity. The racer came with this Cateye ATC wired comp attached and fired into life as soon as a new battery was fitted. I've managed to get the old manual from the cateye website and find it's really nice to use. I'd definately bid on this one if I were you as the construction is really rugged (especially the thick wire) and apparently it was the first MTB specific comp cateye made. Cheers, yes I used to have one of these from about 15-20 years ago! Lost the head unit unfortunately about 5 years ago in a fall at night. It was brilliant, with the split time function etc.

So, it does look like it's an auction. I'm not too sure how to bid, but i'll try emailing the guy in English.
