50-52cm frame/fork

Hi all

Looking for a small 50-52 top tube frame/fork for a friend .. I have most of the parts to build ..

Don't mind something a wee bit rough it's for a runabout so nothing flash/expensive ..

Nice Reynolds 531 or similar would be smashing and budget no more than £50 posted please
