There are a set of nos Wolber single wall eyletted ones on ebay at the moment £50 posted I think. Good strong rims.

You can get an alloy double walled rim 27 x 1 1/4 from Velo orange...

I’ve got the 700c ones of these. Not the cheapest rims but they look great, they definitely are tough, and I’ve probably got 13000 miles on mine now.

As fate,(and ebay) would have it I just got this apparently NOS Mavic wheel,which fits the bill perfectly and with a lot less hassle than a rebuild would entail.
