2002 Rockshox Boxxer - Cherry Reds

Hi all

Need to move these on as they are just cluttering up my garage now...

Last of the "True" Rockshox Boxxer linage and the very best of the Pre SRAM 7" Travel versions as used out of the box by Peaty, Minnarr, Warner and a host of World Cup Race stars

These have been ridden by the original owner then sold to me when he upgraded to Dorado's in about 06, these were my spares and have only been used for about 4 hrs by me in the last 6 years when my other Boxxers were away with TF for a service

Tall top crown (2" Rise) for standard stem no stripped bolts in either crown

Long Steerer tube

Springs fitted are yellows (medium)

Lowers are scruffy and right for a refurb, missing paint in places and currently have two large Maxxis Decals on the sides. I think one or two of the 4 pinchbolts on the front are threaded (this is normal for most boxxers and doesnt effect performance)

These take a Hope #6 caliper for a 205 rotor on an E4 or earlier, for the mono m4's and newer it's a 200

make no mistake these retailed at £999 when new and can only have had about 10hrs use in the last four years

Looking for £155 posted or £145 collected from Innerleithen or Edinburgh

i'm looking for a boxxer.
i never had boxxers in my downhill carreer, i stoped racing when the dho came out.

i recently bhought a yet lawwil 6, and i'm looking for a boxxer for it.

how much travel do these have?
i understand these use springs and not air ? ( or do the new ones don't use arir either?)

does it use a open bath damper or a cratridge like the dho?
can you dail in and out damping?

what steerer do they use? 1 1/8?

do you post to belgium? how much does it cost?
