So, I planned a late 90's DH build and ended up picking up project number 1 (My Raleigh DHO) search.php?search_id=egosearch and then stumbling across project number 2 - a Lobo I couldn't refuse.
This will be a build thread, but for now is focusing around the rear brake as I never new it would be so bleeding hard!

The frame didn't come with rear hub, brake, or torsion bar. So I've sourced a hope no2 axle caliper, which I now know takes a 155mm rotor, not my 165mm

the torsion bar seems to fowl the disc rotor, but i'll know more when I get the correct rotor. Do the proper lobo torsion bars offer more clearance? Do they mount to the GT calipers in the same point where mine mounts to the no2 caliper? I'll get to the bottom of it, but wondered if anyone would like to share their experiences! I understand the no2 caliper wont rotate on the axle, so drilling it out and popping in some bushings will be done at some point.
