Looking at the pics I think I'm going to ditch the bar ends. I just think they are unnecessary and take away from the look of the bike
good call.
i was thinking the same thing.
which is odd, because i'm a bar end guy.

How did you suspend the rim without lacing the hub in the prev pics???

Everything looks good. I think I prefer the mag over the zokes. However, I think you should go with an alternate stem. the syncros looks a tad bulky and out of place with the rest of the build.

and for a bike that's too small for you, how come the seat is so low??? :?

question one- my new hover technology lol (its resting on the bbq)
question two I tried to ride the bike to see if it was even readable for some one my size ( im 6'2) but that was a no go so I figured what's the point of stressing the seat tube if I cant ride it?
and I would have to agree about the fork and stem. I like the mag 21 better too, also its what originally came on the bike. as far as the stem goes it just what I had on hand that fit the age of the bike.
ps since the bike is impossibly small for me now I have decided to sell it the craigslist post can be seen here

would you sell frame alone? perhaps i'll snag this for the missus. hit me PM if interested. thx.

.......and it's on it's way back to Vancouver! Thanks chillibiker. I'm looking forward to cruising around on some easy trails with my missus. I've got a higher rise Syncros stem to use as a stop gap, but I'll look at other ways to getting the bar in a more relaxed position for her.

Keep me up to date on how it works out for you :D I'm super happy to see that it will get ridden rather than hang on the wall (like what it would be doing at my place)

What's next now chillibiker???
I'm trying to get my hands on a 1991 Rocky Mountain cirrus I found online. I have always wanted an e stay bike. I don't know how it will work out since I only have $300 (from the brodie  ) and he is asking $450 but it's been on eBay 5 times with no bites. If there is any one on the west coast of Canada with an e stay they want to part with for under $300 just let me know... You might just have a buyer
