Don't necessarily disagree. These are just the tires I had on hand and I quite like them. They do make them in Blackwall so will replace once these are done.

Lots of changes. Went to a threadless P2 and a Chris King headset. Controltech stem (I have a cleaner one on the way) and a syncros seatpost

It's looking pretty good I think !

agreed, the cleaner handlebar clamp compared to the two bolt version looks much better as well

Still dialing in the resr derailleur. Also had issues with a slipping seatpost twice. Haven't had a chance to ride it again but I've got it as tight as I dare at this point

I am having the same problem w/ a syncros post. They may all be undersized.
