Is it too late to point out that this is a 1993 frame?

Hi,
I just acquired an AMERICAN frame as a new project. Back in the days, I believe I once saw one in a purple anodised finish, but I can’t find any photos of it anymore.
According to the catalogue, the following colour options were available.
I would be pleased to see any pictures of:
• Passion Purple
• Navy Blue
However, just for fun, I am thinking to get my frame anodized in gold
Colors – The natural aluminum finishes, like our handcrafted beauty welds, are unique to American bicycles. We spend three hours hand-polishing each frame to a full lustre. The results are stunning, producing a gleaming finish that requires little maintenance.
Or you can choose our hand-coat anodized finish in a range of contemporary colors. Superior to both painted and sulfuric anodized finishes, our hard-coat finish is nearly indestructible. The finish has withstood 1000 hours of spray of 10% sodium chloride and is second in hardness only to diamonds. It’s the ultimate in durability.
