A really cracking build, I would not have thought the parts would give such a balanced aesthetic. I would try a silver stem maybe (it´s a bit much blue on the front)? Bummer about the fork, but you seem to have a solution on the way. BTW is this a suspension corrected frame already? Looks like it with the short(wish) steerer tube.

Thanks. It’s all I can do to not fit a blue seat post! May yet go blue on the seatbolt though

I think it’s suss corrected - it’s a ‘93 frameset. The angles with the manitou seemed fine, prior to the elastomers committing seppuku, anyway!

I got the fork sorted last weekend actually. Haven’t ridden her properly since. Some elastomer surgery might yet be needed because they are topping out pretty hard..
