To anyone reading that has a 1991 Rocky Hammer.
(probably bright red as most seem to come)

What seatube does yours have, the simple ovalised style or the bulge butted style ?
Also noodle front mech or not?

So like this (from a 1992 but best picture I can find)

I ask because this Hammer (a later 1991 'assumed' as it lost the noodle and I know of Altitudes doing that too) I have, ok just given away.

Has a completely different and BBT seattube.

Also, it doesnt have cable stops on the top tube or the seat tube for the front mech as it has the noodle.

That's what I know them as too.
thanks for the pictures 8)

BUT this is definatly a different seattube and certainly has the bulge butted at the bottom bracket.
Mainly as I was pointing it out to who I gave it too, without twigging that it is not normaly like that.

Hence seeing if anyone else has the same

... and of course the much fatter forks too.
but I've seen another with fattter forks
