The front wheel had 100mm spacing so I bought some new locknuts, but despite being for a Shimano front hub they are M10?
I'll probably just modify the originals to get it down to 94mm.








The BB was cleaned in an ultra-sonic cleaner and came out reasonably well.

The calipers had the brass bushes removed then were polished and re-anodised. Then the logos painted back on.

Think I have everything except the seatpost and saddle now.
Grey cables arrived, just waiting for the metal ferrules.

Cranks now finished, if I'd have known they were going to come out so well I would have polished that big mark on the front of them.

The rings were quite good condition so just cleaned, the arms painted, the guard was garnet blasted then anodised. All the bolts cleaned and polsihed. The unusual M6 granny bolts were in bad shape but I was lucky enough to find some on here. .
