1 1/8th Kona Impact 'locknut' / velocity top cap '94

Hi

Rebuilding my son's 94 Lava Dome;

We're in need of a 1 1/8th locknut as the one we have is split around the allen screw.

also anyone have a top cap, the one for the angled velocity stem (same bike) or know where we can get something to suit?
