Cracked 100. Normally I’d summarise the ride but frankly I’m having a solid drink and an early night 😂😂

I learned that 60 miles in is a bad place to find out your spd shoes have a hotspot, turns out the numb right hand I've been experiencing since going to a road bike hasn't been from fit but from wearing gloves (first ride without them given it was 21c) and that I need to fuel with more than just sweets/sugar as the last 30 miles or so in that heat were very sickly. If I do it again I'd definitely pick a better route; the bulk of the route was a trip to Derwent Reservoir which there and back would cover around 60 miles, however as you can tell from the chart it's pretty much a long incline up there, then lots of very sharp ups and downs for a good ten miles. 20% hills definitely not ideal 30 miles in, perhaps going to move up from an 11-28.
