I had an orange one of these BITD built up with boxxer 151s, hope biguns and discs MRP chain device it was a great bike but had to go to make way for my Lobo
Mine was just a line at the bottom of the weld, when i cleaned the paint back there was a definate crack which i drilled a hole at either end of then got the fab shop at work to tig up.
I might have some spares what are you after?
if using scotchweld make sure you remove all of the old glue and abrade the fork tube and especially the dropout otherwise the glue will not take properly and it will break apart.
9323 would do the job just make sure you abrade and degrease the area really well before bonding. How are you going to remove the hub? is it already bonded in?
I live just south of Buckingham riding wise depends what you're into theres loads of bridleways quiet roads to ride not a lot of singletrack but Woburns not a long way if you fancy some big jumps :D
i remember margam as it was my 1st NPS. A mile and a half tarmac hike from carpark to the bottom of the run which was about as technical as most of the run, didn't Longden and Steve Geall try to jump the dip and it end badly for them
