Nope no idea. I've not seen an AFA frame number before. Probably from 2002 though.

@benjabbi has one. They're nice and lighter than the similar Steel Axis frames.

Are you sure it is a 15 inch frame? The 42 on the bottom bracket may mean 42cm size, which equates to 16.5" - Just an early morning thought.

The date for your frame is August 1993. Could have been early production for 1994 model year. I expect the 'S' indicates a small sized frame. Not sure about the 4 or 42 numbers but I've made a note for next time!

Both Mongoose and Orange frames were produced in titanium by the A-Pro factory. Unlikely to be an Orange, but maybe a Mongoose?

All the Pantera's I've recorded are Hodaka built with 1991 frame numbers. So all start 'H1'

I've just seen another Barracuda with a Kronos branded stem, so I guess these parts are Barracuda OEM. What happened to the brand? It doesn't appear on the Sports Direct Wikipedia page, but I think Moore & Large went into administration 2022/23
