Serial number points to Hodaka and 1992. I didn't realise they built RTS's there, but makes sense. Panteras and Avalanche frames with similar dates also available...

Bombers are Year 2000 and will have that on the slider sticker. Could be where the confusion is coming from.

M5 serial would suggest 1995 or 1996 to me. Serial number is unusual though (not a Specialized expert though).

The only things I've seen from Hodaka, in steel, are Brodies. Could this be? Need a Brodie expert to chime in,

That first photo is taken in Norwich Cathedral Close. Number 71 is in the background, which was Norwich School's music department. Erpingham Gate is just out of sight on the right hand side. Also, following for updates...
