    Early Bontrager Race Lite

I'm for a rigid fork on there. There's a 96 Bonty frame and Tange fork on US eBay for $425 now, fork is worth more than half that but shipping might kill it. Heres mine with a Tange fork...

    My 1988 REI Ponderosa .

There are some fillet brazed Ponderosa's running around as well. Very well made frames/forks and designed by one of the best.

    1997 Bizango

It looks to be B0975. Those are the only letters/numbers I can find on the frame. This frame is 15.5" C to C or 18.5" C to T. How does that fit in with other serial numbers? It does not have any frame material stickers on it and does have Ritchey drop outs in the rear with S style seat stays...

    1997 Bizango

Snagged this last week for a song. 40 minute drive but worth the time and fuel to get it. It was dirty, had some parts that were lower end and needed a few adjustments to make it something I would ride. I had the seat post, tires, XT derailleurs, LX crankset and V-brakes for the upgrades...

    95 Kona Fire Mountain

Update on the Fire. Added the tires, WTB saddle, gold cage pedals and wax on/off all over. Bike is extremely clean and shines nicely. Did not have to do much to it as the seller is into restoring vintage MTB's but leaves a few things for the new owner to do. He contacted me this morning about a...

    95 Kona Fire Mountain

I just found these in my tire pile so gonna slap them on the wheels and give them a good scrub. Pics to follow.

    95 Kona Fire Mountain

@MattiThundrrr. That's what I was looking for, that shape of sticker. Matti, what tubing sticker was normal use on a 94 Explosif without the splined down tube? I've heard that when the splined down tube frames were all gone, Kona painted Kilauea frames as Explosif's.

    95 Kona Fire Mountain

Pics of the Explosif, 20" center to top. Not sure what size that makes it but head tube is very long. Any guesses about the silver sticker being tubing used or something else?

    95 Kona Fire Mountain

Found this one a few weeks ago but the seller wanted too much. Waited until today to make an offer and he was good with it so now I own it. It has all of the original parts attached less the saddle and tires and is in really great condition too. The color threw me off as it looks black in the...

    Wanted Looking for a Breezer

What do you measure to get the size for a Breezer? Some frame makers are center to center others are center to top. I have a Hurricane I'm thinking of selling is why I ask, this one is 19" center to top with a top tube/seat tube measure of about 22.5"

    I broke it

I had a few very early cruisers and they were mostly same, welded n ground. A few actually brazed but not sure about Schwinn's. It's not a bad thing, just more labor intensive to remove steel than brass. I was in search of one of these frames to find out what was up with the "brazed" sections...

    I broke it

Lol, sorry. I forgot to add them. Here you go. The frame is welded and ground down with a bit of filler to smooth out the joints. Some areas are tig welded and left as is.

    I broke it

I have asked many times about the Jamis Dakotas frame. Nobody had an answer. Well, I have one I am stripping n guess what? See the pics. You will be surprised.

Ah, pedals are M735, just arrived and are serviced now.

    94 S-Works M2

According to Neko who is very knowledgeable about Specialized bikes, this would be the fork for the bike and not the Judy version. The steer tube/crown are not correct but it was all I had and will be replaced if I can find an alloy one at a decent price. The one that I have for the fork is...
