sorry, a bit late, but why not doing this just like it was Middle for the rear derailleur, right for the front mech, left for the brake (which goes round the headtube from the right to the left side in the front, while the other both are on the right side of the headtube).

just think that chain rings are probably worth more than the crank set itself, therefore it could be of help to also check and document the BCD.

I think i have seen that one already somewhere. To me this doesn't look cheap. Especially the upper Monostay with Yoke looks really nice. Therefore I'm still hoping that someone here could provide a name or brand. Clearly not identical, but it reminds me a bit on this Bianchi NTH (not my pic)
