Imlach's Sweaty Hippie Funk Collection, adventure bikes, rusty rats, cruisers and other alt bastardisations of bicyclery

sorry for replying once more to this interesting ride. Just Paul Brodies cruiser with shaft drive came to my mind last night and I have to share this here too. His result as shown at the North American Handmade Bicycle Show (2017, if I'm not mistaken)...

They say this cat Shaft is a bad mutha...(shut your mouth) I'm talkin' bout Shaft

hey, this looks really cool, although my personal experience using a shaft drive bike wasn't great. This is obviously not an SE Racing BMX cruiser, nor has an landing gear fork. It looks like someone has used just this sticker set...

    Hooger Booger Comp LX

Scott bought them in 1994, mostly because of their Snowboard business, and changed the name than to just "Hooger", but stopped the brand not long time after.

Imlach's Sweaty Hippie Funk Collection, adventure bikes, rusty rats, cruisers and other alt bastardisations of bicyclery

I had a Biomega Copenhagen, bought roughly 2005 and used as urban bike and commuter for a few years. I loved the design, and clean style, also the fluorescent lacquer, but I start to hate the shaft drive. I only have dismounted the rear wheel once, it was a major challenge and took me a lot...

Information on frame kastle randonnee pro

@Obi-Juan this is nice too, a 1993 model as I didn't come across of an 93er brochure yet, let me share two pages of an German buyers guide They didn't come at this time with an suspension fork, but the year later, 1994, when Kästle changed the naming of the bike series from Radonnee to...

    Cable routing help

sorry, a bit late, but why not doing this just like it was Middle for the rear derailleur, right for the front mech, left for the brake (which goes round the headtube from the right to the left side in the front, while the other both are on the right side of the headtube).

Information on frame kastle randonnee pro

Hi, nice bike, I do like this Randonee series. No clue about seatpost size, but originally it came with a black post. Please find below some pictures of a brochure, released end of 1990. Sorry for the bad quality, unfortunately I have nothing better.

    Rock lobster expert

Nice ride! Hopefully someone else could comment how to decode the serial number, but your frame has no cantilever cable stop any longer, that means roughly 1997 and younger, and if equipped originally withe the Lx 570 (blue Lx) group its 1999-2004.

    Sold cyclone chainset with rings

just think that chain rings are probably worth more than the crank set itself, therefore it could be of help to also check and document the BCD.

    Identify Aluminum Frame

I think i have seen that one already somewhere. To me this doesn't look cheap. Especially the upper Monostay with Yoke looks really nice. Therefore I'm still hoping that someone here could provide a name or brand. Clearly not identical, but it reminds me a bit on this Bianchi NTH (not my pic)
