this is from roughly 2000


It's foldable by a quick release at the top of the seat tubes and and having a pivot point close to the BB.
The pic here shows the full suspension of same generation, but the fold mechanism is same at the hard tail.


Obviously key use case, to get it into the boot space of an BMW.

No smaller than an mtb if you take both wheels off, & maybe the stem

Just noticed the hammer price £240!!! That’s about 3 times as much I thought the top end would be.
